Mr. Siegel received his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University in Miami, Florida and his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law.  Mr. Siegel is a board certified civil trial lawyer, certified by the Florida Bar and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.  Additionally, he is certified by the Supreme Court as a Circuit Court Mediator.  Mr. Siegel has substantial experience with jury and non-jury trials in Federal and State courts and has been a guest lecturer for the Florida Bar training other lawyers in debtor-creditor law.  He is a member of the Florida Justice Association and the Charlotte County Bar Association.

Mr. Siegel concentrates his practice in civil trial law including business law,  construction law, contract law, commercial law, foreclosure law, landlord tenant disputes (residential and commercial), personal injury, collections, corporate law, mediation and arbitration.

Mr. Siegel is a member of the Murdock Rotary Club of Charlotte County and various masonic organizations which provides benefits to burned and crippled children through the Sahib Shriners Temple in Sarasota County.
