The firm has substantial experience in and is otherwise available to assist lenders and borrowers in all facets of mortgage preparation and enforcement, preparation of agreements for deeds, mortgage modification agreements, mortgages and amendments, loan workouts, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, short sales and foreclosure actions.

From the lender’s prospective, we have been successful in prosecuting mortgage foreclosures through bankruptcy and the state court system and through sale.  From the borrower’s prospective, the firm has been successful in negotiating deeds in lieu of foreclosure, short sales and loan workout agreements and in defending foreclosure action as consistent with the borrower’s stated goals.  The firm is also available to assist our clients in the establishment of or defense of deficiency judgments.
